    @airtelindia does your ground team (engg team) don't have manners on how they should talk to someone. Without my consent how come you guys close my complain. Is this how the service is being provided to your customer. Really don't want to say but your service is degrading.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal **** services at your Jammu service centre, two visits and still no resolution. Yesterday airtel was on holiday so no work, today what I was informed yesterday was incorrect. Seem another BSNL in making.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtel_xstream @airtelindia Registered complaint in afternoon as internet was not working. ( Airtel xtream fibre : 019147128286_dsl is 132729618). No action taken in whole day & demonstration of lousy attitude towards customer. Upset & Plz resolve immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's 5th day without internet & we registered complaint on 6th July.. Poor customer service & lousy attitude. Kindly uninstall our airtel X-stream fiber. Don't send generic replies . Kindly look in to the matter and revert.
