    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has already been excelated to customer care, local airtel store and my area airtel service engineer but there is no use of it. How can i pay for broadband which i am not using and the connection is already disconnected before 7 months.

    I call customer care using someone else's sim, it asks me to register my complaint via airtel thanks app. I am not able to make or receive calls from last 2 days even after recharging. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Don't use airtel it's my personal experience after 30 calls and 3 mails within 8days. no solution provided by airtel for a normal shifting problem . Finally I have to decided to move from airtel.
