@airtelindia Now, Airtel wants me close this connection permanently and purchase a new connection on same number. This kind of worst service is being provided by Airtel at present. Airtel doesn't have any solution to continue this connection even on valid address/ID proof.

@airtelindia Today, I visited the Airtel Store at Vasant Vihar to get this issue resolved, then I got to know by Airtel Staff that my number was put in record of a foreign resident. It was done by available Aitel Staff at that time.

@airtelindia no service backup. Ur ppl r so courteous till they got the order for connection & payment. After that not even bother to take call. Just a stereo reply-I will call you later. So pathetic... I left my old connection and new connection is left in halfway. Shame ....

It seems porting to another network is the only way left. @airtelindia network in my area is pathetic and @Airtel_Presence is responding to my complain. Data speed is almost zero, and I am unable to use even onefourth of my daily data. Can anyone help ?
