I have call just to Airtel customer services for help at 3:15AM customer service agent pickup my call and sleeping. #Kharrate sound is coming clearly. I have recored all incident , please @airtelindia take strictly action on this incident as soon as possible. @Airtel_Presence .

Since I work in a bank it was easy to find out the transaction done on 25-12-20 was successful and settled to the vendor. When I approached one the store at Alwarpet they infer that the issue would be taken up but however till date have not rcvd a resolution/refund.@airtelindia.

@LyallEbenezer @airtelindia D thing is u could prove what you stated earlier that TRAI is biased. Also if y remember when companies filed a case against Jio for giving free calling service, Jio had 2 change its plan 2 adhere 2 the ruling. Bante itne logical ho lekin ek point nai prove kar pa rhe.
