@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As my broadband is not working fine I tired to upgrade it to fibre and and got a call from your representative. He misbehaved and told me there is no service in my area. I can’t have a broadband but I already have one. He was not ready to listen.

Service request number is SR00001ESLCI. Several ticket was raised for the pick up of my trial router in return jio should refund ₹1500. Seems they dnt care about their customer at all. I was told engineer would come for a pick up. They dnt give a damn @reliancejio @airtelindia
