@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As my broadband is not working fine I tired to upgrade it to fibre and and got a call from your representative. He misbehaved and told me there is no service in my area. I can’t have a broadband but I already have one. He was not ready to listen.

@airtelindia I Have Applied For Broadband And Paid The Amount For Further Process Of Installation But Now They Are Unable To Provide Me Connection Just Cuz Cable Is 350 Metres Far Frm My House. Totally HopeLess One Less Customer means 100 Less. Your marketing is waste.

I raised technician visit request for fixing my antenna.While raising request tele caller said clearly said that you will be charged Rs 150 for technician visit. But technician which fixed my antenna charge us Rs 300. @airtelindia issue invoice online via link for such payment
