    Whenever I tried to reach out to customer care service, then got irritated with your press 1, 2 and all IBR service. Just to talk with customer care need to wait atleast 5 min. Only adversitment claim is not enough @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    This is unbelievable, I had complained twice for internet issue but still the problem hasn't been solve. Worst network ever @airtelindia

    @airtelindia doesn't care about it's customers. Airtel forgets that we are the ones that made it reach that height. But no empathy. Just a statement "we are working on it " or false promises everyday that issue will be resolved within 1 hour, 2 hour, 24 hours but nothing else
