    @airtelindia Dear sir/ madam,  Please do the needful because I am irritated with airtel dth  from  16th July new new problem raises again and again, tv remain switch off  from  that day.  This time no signal,  I recharge HD channels for  enjoying movies  but in 1 min 30 times

    @airtelindia On 24 July I made call for Same problem ,customer care replied me he told, your complaint is closed, I said without problem solving how it will closed. They again told me to wait 24 hours our service engineer visit, I relax and wait for service engineer

    @airtelindia , I said yes but after sometimes other channel which I am watching be blank. I ask for visit and inspect where is problem. He insisted for resolution code. But I didn't share resolution code. He again call for resolution code and I ask for visit.

    Last couple of weeks @airtelindia providing worst network in my area,I complaint airtel customer care so many times but we same problem we are facing,so many people port them number,if you can't provide good services then please shut down your services.We paid money for services

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently I ported my no. From jio to airtel , For the company which consider it to be the fastest network but the fact is there is huge problem of network in my area I'm not getting a single tower even for televarification .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia till 16 July I think airtel service best in India but now after 16 july I made complain for no signal in airtel dth , then next day I received call from service engineer he ask to change channel number 100, then he ask channel perform properly

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think this this type of call received for resolution code 4-5 times. On 23 July between 3:00pm to 4: 00 pm I received call for visit , at that time I am busy , I request to visit at 5:00 pm. At that day he didn't came .
