On 23 July between 3:00pm to 4: 00 pm I received call for visit , at that time I am busy , I request to visit at 5:00 pm. At that day he didn't came .

At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Incorrect roaming charges were levied on my number during my Bhutan travel, and despite raising the issue, Airtel Customer Care is refusing to reverse the charges. What kind of customer service is this? If incorrect charges can be levied, customers should at least get a fair review and resolution instead of being forced to pay them. Please have the concerned senior team review this immediately, reverse the incorrect roaming charges, and resolve the matter at the earliest.
