@airtelindia , I said yes but after sometimes other channel which I am watching be blank. I ask for visit and inspect where is problem. He insisted for resolution code. But I didn't share resolution code. He again call for resolution code and I ask for visit.

@airtelindia On 24 July I made call for Same problem ,customer care replied me he told, your complaint is closed, I said without problem solving how it will closed. They again told me to wait 24 hours our service engineer visit, I relax and wait for service engineer

@airtelindia worst service of airtel dth, from 16th July to till date , I am not satisfied, service engineer always call for otp. They are not interested to solve problem. I don't want to use airtel dth any more. I want airtel dth refund.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think this this type of call received for resolution code 4-5 times. On 23 July between 3:00pm to 4: 00 pm I received call for visit , at that time I am busy , I request to visit at 5:00 pm. At that day he didn't came .
