@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think this this type of call received for resolution code 4-5 times. On 23 July between 3:00pm to 4: 00 pm I received call for visit , at that time I am busy , I request to visit at 5:00 pm. At that day he didn't came .

@airtelindia Dear sir/ madam, Please do the needful because I am irritated with airtel dth from 16th July new new problem raises again and again, tv remain switch off from that day. This time no signal, I recharge HD channels for enjoying movies but in 1 min 30 times

@airtelindia we are facing internet issues from last couple of months but not getting any resolution from your side, we are fed up with airtell service,we have 14 connections and using more than a decade but now planning to port out if not get any resolution from your side.

@airtelindia On 24 July I made call for Same problem ,customer care replied me he told, your complaint is closed, I said without problem solving how it will closed. They again told me to wait 24 hours our service engineer visit, I relax and wait for service engineer

@airtelindia Not able to raise location shifting req from this amazing app. Calling 121 but the IVR says go to app to raise req. It cannot get more hilarious. Even if connected to an agent they equate location shifting as upgrade. Customer just goes in loop. Amazing.
