At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

He insisted for resolution code. But I didn't share resolution code. He again call for resolution code and I ask for visit.

They again told me to wait 24 hours our service engineer visit, I relax and wait for service engineer

They took my address wrong, didn't correct even after calling 50+ times. I had to go find local engineer ask him to shift my connection. Airtel customer service is worst.
