On 23 July between 3:00pm to 4: 00 pm I received call for visit , at that time I am busy , I request to visit at 5:00 pm. At that day he didn't came .

At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. They say your reason is not valid.. so you can stop taking there service when you satisfy them on terms that they decide.. I have to get hold of a person physically at airtel store .. and still it took me 2 hrs to get my disconnection approved.
