At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

If an entire area's network is down, why do customers need to report it? Am I the network manager? Your app shows the outage, so surely your systems know too.
