@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

Hey @airtelindia i am a long time customer of Airtel extreme. I have a suggestion to give Airtel Black Box for free to the loyal of who have Airtel extreme more than 1-2 year instead of asking for 4000 while customers are ready to upgrade plan

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Last 2 days, very poor internet connectivity in Kodathi Bangalore-560035 Frequently intermittent network drop and speed is only 1 Mbps. Why can you not provide better service irrespective of high amount of internet cost? Pathetic service :(

@airtelindia I booked broadband connection on 20th March for my new residency in chennai. I paid Rs.1500 on the same day. Till now instalation not happened and no reponse from anyone. I am tried calling customer support but no resolution yet. This is how @airtelindia functions?
