@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

.@airtelindia, 2 days of ZERO SERVICE, and still my plan will end right after 30 days. How do you wish to utilise this money against no service. @Airtel_Presence, isn't this a scam in itself? @TRAI should look at it. This is just one case, but imagine the volume across India.

@Paras_1001 @airtelindia Way to go paras. Will be stopping DTH service this month. Next broadband since I have paid advance rental. Very sad services just coz there is a duopoly in telecom. Don't know which one is better or worse. It is very imp that govt steps in to save VI.
