@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

Had enough of @airtelindia Got rid of Fibre and DTH today. Extremely poor after sales service. Next task is to get rid of postpaid connection. Customer care PS - Don't send the customary follow up tweets. Save them for gullible ones

@airtelindia you guys are crappily funny. You do some tech change, due to which existing STBs throw error. Now, you want the customer to pay additional to change STB? Why? Did the customer asked you for tech change?!
