@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel stop promoting and making false statement when you don't care much about customer complaints. Raised a request to upgrade broadband plan on 31st Oct but to my surprise no action taken yet. Infact I am only following up and still no luck

Hey @airtelindia U first make us prepay for 3 months of internet connection! Then for 5 days no one has even contacted us for starting the net connection! Ur guy isnt even picking up the fone! What pathetic service! Can u solve the problem?

@airtelindia I had request for broadband services agent came took KYC and payment done same day after that no one is bothering for installation it's being 3 days i have to follow up with these people my money got stucked I paid for 6 month adavance. Airtel bad services Experience
