    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    @airtelindia My DSL account number 026546800057_mh is not working since last hour, n bloody asking to dial 121, how can we dial 121 from other mobile service? Landline of airtel is also not working. Now at least cursing myself for taking @airtelindia broadband connection.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Today I had call with someone named Aman from Airtel Secure team, he told me they won't change the final amount and without any discussion cut the call. So this is how you are going to entertain your customer's queries?

    @airtelindia broadband service in Vasundhara Ghaziabad deteriorated. Disruption in connectivity is very frequent. it's virtually impossible to rely. Mobile connectivity was already miserable forced me to port to other service provider. Will airtel look into?
