@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why I am not able to send SMS with recharge of pack 79. SMS must be mandatory communication channel for Mobile operators? IVR isn't taking input with key press while asking to enter. very disappointingn, SMS is not in service with balance @DoT_India

@airtelindia mobile company's are only good in saying we will resolve it as fast as we can but no one does it because iam a airtel vustomer also and jio customer also they only know to talk but not work on the problems

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was very frustrated with the non existent network of airtel in my office. Finally gave up and recharged my Jio phone no instead of airtel this month. Now not only outgoing but incoming on my airtel phone has been stopped. How is this acceptable??

@airtelindia Now a days your services going to worse than any other service providers, I did international recharge with 6000rs But not at all working, Customers would appreciate if airtel takes action on these issues, Looking forward to hear from u on this complaint.

@airtelindia #fraud How? I didn't buy it under any corporate plan. If airtel added it somehow, how is it my problem? Why am I paying extra bill when it was supposed to be disconnected? Seems this is airtel's #retention policy, make complex process to deter disconnections (2/2)

On my #Vodafone I can hardly hv a conversation for a min.. My friend's Jio is not accessible most of the time! Ridiculous pricing is a trap
