    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

    Dear @airtelindia, unable to find Odia entertainment channel no-600 (Manjari TV) since April 29 evening. Also, not getting @AJEnglish for a few months now. Tried calling your customer care at 070774 48080 but to no avail. Plz do the needful.

    dear @airtelindia. my internet is not working for last 3 days . i made a complaint 3 days ago .. i got a heavy assurance of resolving the issue on same day . It has not been resolved yet . my connection no is 054845968162.. ghazipur , uttar pradesh . please resolve it

    @airtelindia Give option.. whether customer want this subscription or not ? You are increasing the cost of recharge and customer like me paying for service which we don't want... ! And ... don't let bots to solve issues... customer support on airtel thanks app is worst. !!!!!!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence deeply disappointed with the pathetic customer care service provided to us from past few days decided to discontinue and choose a different network provider.spoken to customer care multiple times with zero help and unresponsive.
