    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    And today when someone finally called? All he did was say he’d escalate it to SOMEONE ELSE. You cannot be serious!!! Your final suggestion after all this? Get a new physical SIM. That’s it. That’s your fix. 12 days of my time wasted and that’s the best @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia #Charging ₹399/month and giving worst network daily — this is unacceptable. Customers are not fools. This money comes from hard-earned income. Improve your service or be ready to lose users. #airtel

    @airtelindia If we try to call 198 it's automated voice service and 121 is same . If u want to asking last recharge and his customer support is given information something else. Worst customer support.

    @airtelindia my phone number 9765729261 I know you have data of vendor who have completed MPN because he also do the face authentication once customer authentication completed either you ask him recharge or refund my money. Because make my recharge yesterday from my own pocket.

    @AirtelIndia Your TV/WiFi remote stops working every 1–2 months. Replaced twice, again dead. No guarantee, only forcing customers to keep buying. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Fix this permanently. 📞 9038622229

    @airtelindia very pathetic service. On 7th of this month I requested to reinstall bb on my new property which didn't happen. Chain mails has been sent to 121 but no response.
