    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how do i close my postpaid connection. Its a torture to use such slow internet. No one responds to email. No help in airtel app or via 121. Can't believe that after paying 1500rs per month this is the service i am getting.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is over 5 days since I raised my complaint about my mobile data not working, no resolution despite multiple calls -only response, resolution by 7th Sept. It is 9 years I am with Airtel! Is this the quality of service # 7406216625
