@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

That's it @airtelindia . I am switching to @reliancejio as soon as my current plan ends. Have been Airtel user for more than 6 years. But because of lack of support from @Airtel_Presence I am switching. Even nodal officers are no helping in Gujarat.
