@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

Hi I was raised a request for airtel broadband shifting From my home to near by.. but no one is assisted still iam waiting. I think better to take another broadband connection. Very poor service in Miyapur Hyderabad 500049. @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia : where ok the earth will you update your customer email I’d ? When asked for the update of email I’d from the date of request 7 days I’s required ? Does some one goes to google and get the confirmation on the mail id ? Why during initial setup you are not taking ?

Couple of yrs back I'd have never imagine "zero complaints" would be a challenge for customers and not for @airtelindia. It is impossible to connect with customer care if you are not using airtel mobile phone. I have a problem with my broadband bill. Please call back!

@PMOIndia @GoI_Mes respond! have been telling this airtel is doing frauds plz respond to this tweet . I told @airtelindia to deactivate the service in 2020 . They didn't do that and still charging me for their fraud things. My due date is 13 and charged for that also today is 3
