@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

I received a msg back @airtelindia, that a technician assigned, and was given contact details. Funny part is we know the issue will not resolve on time, but the contact details for technician were also not working.

Literally @airtelindia agents and their customer service is a level. No sense at all, keeps calls on hold, goes on mute and says that their direct call to concerned team but disconnects the call. Worst customer service

Today I faced any issue with the broadband (@airtel) connection. I was literally trying for help from @airtelindia network, their agents are unsure what they are talking. Giving some random answers, and keep on routing to other departments.
