Dear @airtelindia I have paid you for 1.5 GB data/ day, but due to your poor network connection at my place I am not able to use it, and your customer care told me to wait till 6th January 2021. So in this 12 days I thing, I should try some other options for better connectivity.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is really absurd that the network and data connection is at it’s worst state. There are multiple complaints registered without a solution. There’s no point of charging INR 600 a month if one can’t use the internet for 20 days.
