    @airtelindia I purchased a prepaid sim from the authorized store inside Delhi International airport last night. Was told that the SIM will activate in 2 hours. It hasn't yet. When I call the support number 121, I am given random answers and being put on indefinite hold. Help?

    Over last two months, raised >5 requests with @Airtel_Presence for #AirtelBlack, shared details over IVR & twitter dm, for some reason @airtelindia won't give me wifi. 🤷 Customer Care promised resolution within 24 hours >5 times. @jagograhakjago, where can I file a complaint?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel Broadband in Pune is the most UNRELIABLE internet provider with every few days the service is down for 5-6hrs. Reminder of the BSNL days we thought is over!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence changed my sim to e-sim and followed the directions given by-the customer care representative. Guess what. Profile got deleted and now I was asked to visit the store to get new sim and I am without phone till tomorrow. Didn’t miss this chaos service.

    Hi @airtelindia . Unable to activate iMessage on my airtel number, but able to activate through other numbers. All DND is off. @Apple blames you for this, unable to reach customer care as it still asks for main balance. Please help
