    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence net speed and signal was worse at this location from airtel. The location cant be seen in map so i am typing manually. The place is chowtra center near sangadigunta. Please look into it and make the problem cleared

    @airtelindia Hey I'm unable to use my mobile data for the last 7 days please solve this issue . I'm not knowing wat happened to this network.pleasr solve the issue. Otherwise I would like to change to other mobil networks.

    @airtelindia am an user of airtel postpaid am getting worst service in the area(Tenali)which a prime town in Andhra Pradesh,I have made several requests before also but there is no change in the connection speeds(indoor/outdoor) never expected this from airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Poor network in A.T.Agraharam, Guntur...While diagnosing the mobile for network issues through the #AirtelThanks app, it couldn't find any sim in my handset..Open network system shows of very good signal but infact it is not.

    @airtelindia Airtel broadband connection service is very bad and after disconnection of Airtel broadband , company is reluctant to collect take router and refund the money?. Such a pathetic service . Please all avoid Airtel broadband connection, they are misselling Airtel router

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence someone called from 9345862357 claiming airtel agent and asking to to upgrade the plan as the data speed will go down from next week in my area. She is asking to pay to her prsnl upi I'd. Plz look into this and I dnt wnt to upgrade to any new plan.!

    @airtelindia extremely unprofessional. Have taken one india 1999 plan on 30th Nov 2020 and still awaiting for the migration to the 200 mbps plan. Poor DTH and Broadband service with frequent disconnection and speed less than 40 mbps. So many calls to customer care but in vain

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Requested new Xtream n DTH and initially airtel promise to provide. Now after couple of days, denied to provide service for both and who was coordinating not at all responding properly. Request to improve this kind of behaviour and provide service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Thanks benefit is joke. One one hand you tell that you provide access to all premium contents and other hand when you try to access those content, you will tell to opt a plan. So pls don't mislead the customer. Be transparent.
