    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , my Airtel x-stream box is showing "No internet" for an hour now. I visited the Airtel store to lodge a complaint but didn't receive satisfactorily service. All my office meetings and work is on hold for an hour now. Could you please help? Thanks

    Airtel should be stop cheating with customers like after multiple complaines and tweet about fiber speed still facing the same issue things work well for. 4 5 days after complaining then again the same problem starts @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia who will be responsible for missing office work due to lack of proactiveness,you have to be responsible if you want to say that you are a top internet provider in India. You are just trying avoid issue by just sending SMSs after a certain interval

    @airtelindia internet connection is not working from Friday 16th Jul registered complaint# 134104680 as well. They informed that technician will be visited but no one contacted me yet. @VittalGopal Sir I have never seen irresponsible behaviour like this.

    Dear @airtelindia @TRAI What SCAM going on? When I am on call with customer service 121/198 the internet speed is good & as soon as call is disconnected the internet stops working. This means there's something Airtel is doing to stop us from using all the data at good speeds. 😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had complained about this before. So if you downgrade postpaid plan the speed of 4G speed are downgraded too. After I changed plan, the 4g speed has be like not usable at all. If this countinues I might switch to another network provider.

    Hi All, Let's save BSNL @BSNLCorporate , Almost all mobile phones have dual SIM Let's buy a BSNL SIM card and start using it as a secondary sim card. The private companies like @reliancejio and @airtelindia are trying to monopolize the telecom market. It's kind of now or never

    @airtelindia What scam are you doing? My previous pack was to expire on 21st Jan'22 so for that I did a recharge on 20th Jan'22 for rs 118 so I could continue with my airtel number. Even when i want to contact customer care the calls end automatically.
