  I belong to the hilly region of Uttarakhand nd the only way to access the internet is the mobile network. The broadband service(@BSNLCorporate)isn't always available and no other ISPs are present here. This is the scenario of most of the hilly terrains. #help @airtelindia

  @idea_cares Sorry but I'm currently using @airtelindia and idea seems to way to lazy in my locality. Your internet speed is very bad here, btw thanks for the reply, hope you guys will improve here.

  @airtelindia Pathetic service, please advise on cancellation process. Your cust service number does not respond. The IVR Just hangs up on us once we enter our airtel number. The app is worst, you cannot do anything more than paying bills. Doesn't even allow one to log a complaint.

  @airtelindia instead of spending lakhs of crores of Rs.on Add,airtel should improve network connectivity.I switched from voda to airtel just to have good connectivity,but I think my switch to airtel is useless bcos connectivity and net is not so good as is advertised on add.

  @airtelindia today I know airtel provide worst service and commitment, they not interested to resolve the customer issue, they are not providing commitment only give "Asswasan". I suggest don't buy airtel connection Go any other Options

  @airtelindia Hi I Done PORT From JIO To Airtel Network Port Done Because Of NETWORK issue. Airtel Also Same Network Problem Max only 1 Bar I regret why I done port from JIO to Airtel but JIO was much better Network Airtel CustomerCare Worst IVR Option Not Working I Tried A Lot
