@airtelindia if your customer support without doing there work and tell us to advise me to try to another handset and tell us doing some basic think like restart phone, change the sim slot.all people know the basic things sir i was complaint for same from yaers but no response

@airtelindia have a number in which 15 thousand got recharged by mistake PR to talk to customer care they said we will refund you 5 number recharge and recharge only 2 were returned when the remaining 3 will be returned customer care people are not giving correct information
