    @airtelindia My net speed in my locality is very poor the average speed in now a day is near about 40-80kbps only. Please do something and increase the speed of my internet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ticket 10074431294 marked resolved without any fix. Technician initially visited suggested to replace modem device ! No actions and communication so far 5days pathetic service from support/technicians#airtelbroadband #Airtelxstreamfiber #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia I am looking to take new connection of fiber since last 25 days. Waited 15 days and then a airtel guy came.Then he took money,informed the connection will happen same day and now its already 3 days.He is not even picking up calls.Tickt id 21-26370041703.Poor service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews very poor customer care experience. Wanted to raise a request for Broadband disconnection. Got a weird response of calling again on the day of plan expiry only. When I told executive that I am recording response, they hung up the call.
