@AdityaRajKaul @airtelindia Much more than 5 minutes, more like half an hour. This was widespread but localised outages are much more frequent. Today, Airtel helplines were unreachable too. They promised a callback later but nothing so far after over 3 hours. Poor customer service continues.

In 2020 switched to Airtel but after being fed up with very poor network quality and lack of response to complaints finally resolved the issue myself. Yes port out. Of course one customer does not matter to you but hope it's only an exception @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
