@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I bought Airtel Fiber Xtreme in Jan 2022. And at that time we asked for airtel landline and your representative said landline service will be available in 2-3 months & now we are close to year end but still landline service is not available

Hello, I got a broadband disconnected from Airtel 51 days ago. No check at home in 45 days. After calling customer care, they asked for NEFT details on email. I gave that as well. Its TAT was 29th April 2:30 pm IST. still no money in my account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Thanks guys for the amazing customer service. My wifi wasn't working, and I didn't even know about it as I was not at home. The team figured out there is an issue, aligned someone to fix it even before I knew that there was a problem. Mind-blowing stuff guys !!!!
