Past few having been trying to change the Airtel xstream plan @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Neither is app working nor the website. Not allowing to lower down the plan and shows "sorry try again". Apparently only allows to upgrade plan. Pretty shady stuff

Why can't I port out my mobile number to other network within 90 days even if I'm not satisfied with the network in which I ported my number ? For me Airtel has been proven to be the worst network I have ever experienced. #TRAI #airtelindia

Every time I call Airtel broadband they said you will get call within 2 hour with in 4 hours and then they disconnect.Help9891153043
