Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don’t understand if your customer care executives are sleepy or drunk. It’s pathetic the way they reply on call. I just had to face a very lethargic executive. I have 2 broadband connections and 1 DTH connections but I guess it doesn’t matter.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been facing network issues in my area constantly. Automatically my sim going of of service. Earlier I tried restarting the phone or reinserting the sim and it worked but today again the same issue and nothing is working.
