@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I bought Airtel Fiber Xtreme in Jan 2022. And at that time we asked for airtel landline and your representative said landline service will be available in 2-3 months & now we are close to year end but still landline service is not available

@airtelindia we appreciate your zero complaint dream.. but your IVR for DTH does not allow to reach to customer care. Airtel stores neither have access of DHT stuffs nor knows regarding DTH. they are calling customer care front of customer to resolve the issue... pathetic
