Now I think @airtelindia want to compete with SBI service's. You continuously increase your price 2 times with in a six month. At Least you to take immediate action on this matter.

@khushsundar @airtelindia Many brands are just not putting effort for customer service. Earlier I had issues with airtel service so switched to jio there also same thing. Tried amazon, flipkart, goibibo, etc.. customer support is not good.Basically no call centres can replace the direct customer relations

@khushsundar @airtelindia Sir, you're wrong. Inspite of regular payments of Postpaid Bills, Airtel cares a damn. Their only motto is you keep paying regularly. But don't ask for any service. Starting from Customer Care to Nodal Officers to the Appellate Authority, all are deaf & dumb.
