Dear @airtelindia you wifi dealer here in Etawah is consciously Turn off the Wifi So that the customer gets panic and start switching it to Excitel as he is having both agencies because of his personal interest we the customers have to face the issue everytime Read comments plz

Continuation @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have tried calling the customer care number 121 and there is only hindi spoken in it and I don't know Hindi. Moreover laat month when I called 121 there used to be an option which would ask for language but now? Where is that option?
