    @airtelindia worst DTH service provider in india, worst set top box quality(chines item) , 5 STB changed in 4 years, now again STB sound not working . Call to cc and ask 150 rs. To check and than give estimate to repair or replace. @bhaiyyajispeaks

    @airtelindia can you please provide a way to contact support from abroad? I have IR enabled and am able to receive calls, however your team is not able to reach out for eSIM matter and your 5 digit number doesn’t work internationally.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was just informed that I would not be given a refund for the set top box and I could do whatever I wanted with it, on deactivation. When did this happen? And so the next time I need a connection you'll basically issue me another plastic box?!

    @airtelindia recently joined airtel black and it's a worst service I ever used as they bundle your airtel service after that you will not get any benefits in terms of money. Earlier I was getting 1month free on dth on yearly recharge. So in terms of money customer not get benefit
