@airtelindia worst DTH service provider in india, worst set top box quality(chines item) , 5 STB changed in 4 years, now again STB sound not working . Call to cc and ask 150 rs. To check and than give estimate to repair or replace. @bhaiyyajispeaks

@airtelindia Do Airtel really mean zero customer complaints.I recharged my prepaid number and till date it is not working. I complained it to Airtel for last 4 consiquitive days and Airtel have no answers and given 9 days to resolve issue. Means I will not be able to use my phone for 9 days.

What going on with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia with Airtel internet service. Tried calling customer care and raised complaint through Airtel thanks app but it’s of no use. If you are not able to provide proper service then shut your tower from our area.

@airtelindia 1month later I get full month bill. When I call cust care (call Id 130901870) they mention the team didn't active safe custody so acct was active due to which I have to pay.Also for another month even though there is no usage. For a fault of airtel customer to pay(2)
