    @airtelindia worst DTH service provider in india, worst set top box quality(chines item) , 5 STB changed in 4 years, now again STB sound not working . Call to cc and ask 150 rs. To check and than give estimate to repair or replace. @bhaiyyajispeaks

    @airtelindia what’s the best way to do cost cutting? #Degrade your #customerservice, make it difficult to get on call with support staff via app or call. When in store asked to update email id, they insist on converting to postpaid. What a #scam being run by your stores.

    Worst service provided by Airtel. Requested plan change 14 days ago it is still in process and now customer care is saying you have to use this plan and not allowed to change it. What sort of compulsion is this?? @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 being a customer of Airtel from last 15 years it is very sad to know that after raising complaint of fraud calls and SMS many 1000 times in a day their is no action taken by airtel so I decide to change my all numbers in @reliancejio For better service
