@airtelindia worst DTH service provider in india, worst set top box quality(chines item) , 5 STB changed in 4 years, now again STB sound not working . Call to cc and ask 150 rs. To check and than give estimate to repair or replace. @bhaiyyajispeaks

Ever time I complaint they solve the problem at their end in books only, not at field. More then 50 complaints I have locked. They only need money ,not listen to customers what they say.

@airtelindia @TataSky This #arrogant behavior from @TataSky was least expected. Just a month back they gave me referral bonus as I got them customer. Anyways now I am looking for a new service provider. I need recording facility. Have sent my detailed requirement through DM.
