Even after complaining repeatedly in 198, no steps have been taken to resolve the issue. We, the Airtel users over here are bound to leave this pathetic service.

On the other hand, if we move to open areas like roads, it works fine. So I suggest that during internet connectivity testing, you should ask your employees to perform tests
