    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @PMOIndia network issue is not getting resolved, your airtel TRAI team is hopeless in responding. Your recovery team harassing for payment that is on hold due to unresolved issue. False network advertising and customer service needs to be audited.

    @airtelindia pathetic services of dth, got the error with dish antina rectified by paying service charge however in 2 days same problem occur and service provider asking to pay charge again. Very unethical and irritating. After multiple calls also not ready to come and fix.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i registered a complaint on 20th of may and its been almost 1.5 months, neither i have received any call,message nor my problem is solved. Your customer care representatives have zero knowledge,they promise to call back but never actually call.

    Connection promised within 24 hrs and its been 78 hrs , customer care executive promised connection by 12 after 12 the next promise is 4 pm,I urgently needed wifi connection and the company is harassing me since 2 days saying it will be done in 2hrs @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia not providing resolution to problem without looking into merits. Excecutives provide different reply to same queryfew minutes apart. Not providing contact details of Appellate authority for complaint.
