@airtelindia I use Airtel internet, DTH & phone. I am a prime customer. Now a days I am vexed up with DTH. When ever signal is going bad, I raise a complaint & technician is charging 150 rs to set it back. Why should I pay for your poor mistakes, you should rectify them.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been 3 days now without internet. My fiber net went down on 9th and till now, no on even bothered to give me a call even after repeated complaints and escalations. Thanks a tonne for this fantastic customer service! I live in a metro city, FYI!
