    @airtelbank Talking to @airtelindia customer care is pathetic. Today's case is really shameful ! When I called @airtelbank to raise complaint she told me system not working. I asked her for customer care email id, she replied with same thing that system not working so she cannot.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic Service. No internet access since last 2 days. I am a long time postpaid subscriber. This is not acceptable, if it continues i will have to port the number to jio. You CEO says he will hike the prices but can't even provide proper service.
