  Issue was resolved after this tweet… thanks @airtelindia , though your customer service call center was not helpful. Small advice- close your customer care call centres and ask people to tweet for faster resolution. 👍

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what is this behavior I'm having internet issues in a city like jaipur And when I tried to contact ur agent they denied it by saying u have lack of balance when I've already done my recharge 4-5 days ago. All the time it shows 5g but totally false

  @airtelindia what a pathetic service. 15 days my devices are not working. No one replies and sending bills??? Very very bad after sales. Will never recommend any one to use ur services.

  @airtelindia @consumercourtin Very much disappointed with the services of airtel broadband. Have static ip but cannot use it. Complaint done since 15 days no response. No one comes. Router changed but not configured. Helpless. Not satisfied with the services in Mumbai.
