Its been almost 20 since the payment is done for airtel broadband connection but still the connection is not given and most worst part is even after escalating issue (xtream fiber id# 7040783897)to nodal and appellate authority there is progress. @airtelindia @AirtelPresence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had applied for Airtel Xstream Fiber service, and after 2 weeks of figuring it out, your personnel tell me that it is not available in my area! I am still awaiting a refund despite numerous attempts to get in touch!
