    @airtelindia This is extremely frustrating as Iโ€™m unable to use the service properly. Please look into this urgently and arrange a technician visit to resolve the issue. Complaint/service request number -11039463468, Airtel Black account: 10101029766423, provide an update on the resolution.

    @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate โ‚น300โ€“400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.
