    @airtelindia I m getting 3 days less validity in new plan recharge. How can 2 plans be active at same time? I called customer care and dey saying only same plan if recharged remain in queue n they disconnected. Bt where hv u mentioned dese conditions to the Customers? Dis is cheating n fraud!

    @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp I’ve been an Airtel Broadband customer in Mirzapur, UP for 3 years but I still haven’t received the landline facility offered with the service. I’m genuinely disappointed. Please make landline service available in Mirzapur as well. #Airtel #Broadband

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your broadband service in my area 831001 has deteriorated badly. The internet speed is consistently below the promised level, zero meaningful response from the local POC who were once responsive are no longer active.

    @airtelindia if it takes one day to start your wifi connection then why 7 days to disconnect? Kindly take your router from the apartment (rented). service request- 11038678498 I had spoken to 4 people from your team and they repeated same thing why disconnect and do nothing.
