    A month of silence from @airtelindia shows how callous they have become toward customers. This arrogance comes from the duopoly we now have. With a massive user base, maybe one customer doesn't matter to them. But for customers, connectivity is sometimes a matter of life & death

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ...Based on this experience, I would not recommend Airtel AirFibre to anyone who works from home. I am now planning to cancel the connection and switch to a local provider who can at least provide timely updates and support.

    @Airtel_Presence I need only one assistance - Please ensure that your WiFi network is working 24 x 7, without any disruption and downtime. and for all downtimes, I should immediately be getting refunds, without raising a service request. @airtelindia is a scam

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I have cleared my pending bills for the last 2 months along with the penalty for mobile number 9662025695. Even the current bill isn't due yet, I’m being charged a late payment fee again. Customer support has provided no clear explanation

    @Vodacom I must admit that my biggest milstake to port my mobile network from @airtelindia to #Vodafone. PATHETIC NETWORK......SO MANY SPAM CALLS ETC!!!
