@airtelindia worst experience with Airtel prepaid offers.. after recharge unlimited pack also they need main balance to call there on customer care.. what the hell it's going. I have a extra data pack of 5GB that is also not working because of main balance is zero,why unltd pack?

No wonder why a new telecom company came into market and became the largest mobile network operator in India in just 5 years. @airtelindia was known for its customer service, seems they are also loosing the grip. Made me suffer for three months now. @Airtel_Presence
