If you are dissatisfied with the provided resolution, please contact 198 or appellate to raise an appeal. I can only say that my complain 31-1000014912563 is not resolved and Airtel is closing complain without resolution. Very Unfortunate.

They promise unlimited 5G, but it's a lie. Their unlimited 5G plans are capped at just 1.5 GB to 2.5 GB data, depending on the plan.
