    @Airtel_Presence Over the past 1 month there has been #falsecommitments from your end. explain why is it taking so long and by when will this be resolved. Why the complain was closed with out resolving the issues. As per previous commitments this was to be closed in 4 working days @airtelindia

They had suggested use or booster which is not approved by @Airtel_Presence & @airtelindia. Only #falseassurance no improvement #Network

    @airtelindia Reference DTH ID 3011639748 and complaint no 42879589/urgent. Kindly terminate the DTH connection immediately and send the engineer within 48 hours to collect the STB Remotes etc. Thanks for all the assistance given all these years
