There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

a simple less than 4 hour task is pending for 2 days and no one in @airtelnews @airtelindia has any clue what is the issue. They suggested me to disconnect the Airtel fiber connection. So please think twice before taking this poor service.

Few month back, I bought Xstream box and paid 1500 Rs as deposit [Refundable]. At that time Airtel store, customer Care/ installation executive has confirmed me that the 1500 amount will be refunded back in 3 instalments after 3 months. That’s False statement @airtelindia
