There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

@airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

The next level scam is being operated in @airtelindia First they don't take requests from existing customers and there's only 1 way to disconnect ur connection and you need to talk w supervisor and customer care don't transfer the call stating unavailability. @Airtel_Presence

@hostgatorindia @HGSupport My emails have been blocked apparently because my IP address has been flagged. But I use a dynamic IP allotted by my ISP @airtelindia . I have no control over the IP. There is no way for me to resolve the issue. Absolutely pathetic.

I had registered a complain on 28/06/2025 the service request number is 11013459810 till now my issue isn’t resolved i also talk to customer care many times they just say we have raised your issue problem will get solved within 4 hours but it’s not @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
