    There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @vishalvincent @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There's no network for Airtel. Since last 4-5 days I am not able to use internet also many call drops. Most of the times it doesn't show network at all. Airtel is having outage throughout the country at many places. Airtel is no longer same as it was before. It's terrible now.

    Complaint Ref no -10021491984 Kindly b informed, 2 days back an Airtel Executive visited my house based on complaint &said  tht problem of short circuit at junction box(DP).Worked fine fr nxt 2 hrs & th same problem re-occured,even landline too @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
