@airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No network in my postpaid SIM. No option anywhere to talk to any customer care. The Bullshit Airtel app is saying to activate Volte Service. The IVR is also suggesting the same. Eagerly waiting for the next level of pathetic services.

@airtelindia Stop praising yourself and learn to take feedback 4m ur customers. Most of the time I don't receive OTP. Spend some extra bucks and hire professionals 2 troubleshoot the issue. JIO is much better in terms of availing these services. Pin- 847452

I requested for account closure of my hathway broadband in Dec 2021. Since then I got >150 calls from @HathwayBrdband. Daily I'm patiently requesting for account closure but again they call me n torture for acc activation. @airtelindia @TRAI please help me to avoid these calls
