    There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

    Hey @airtelindia really fed up of your service. I’m not able to pick calls because these get disconnected on it’s own without even ringing for a sec. I’ve tried raising this issue with your customer service many a times but they never respond and just say your complain is noted.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the last three days my complaint has no been rsolved despite repeated calls on customer care. Initially a menchanic came and he told that Set Top is faulty and he went to bring fresh but he did not turned back. Since than I am waiting.
