    @airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

    @airtelindia Your internet has been terrible for almost a month. The network is slow and often unusable, and even 121 customer care is not connecting. Fix this immediately, or I will switch to Jio, which seems far better than Airtel. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @TRAI, I am being given the runaround by @airtelindia, which is not solving the outage in my area for the last three days. Their call center is trying to sell me new plans instead of giving any information about the problem and its resolution. Tagging @JM_Scindia now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews 5g isn't working in my area during last 4 months. I have compliants many many times but not resolved the issue. Who'll take responsibility for this. My recharge is useless. Airtel network is worst in my area.

    Got a replacement SIM from the Airtel store 4 days ago. Was promised activation in 24–48 hrs, but still NO SIGNAL! Store and customer care are absolutely useless with zero help. Pathetic experience. Ghatiya service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Fix this NOW.
