  🚨 @airtelindia This is my final escalation. My internet has been down since Aug 10, 2026. SR ID: 11037558117 was raised with a promised resolution by Aug 11, but despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved.

  @airtelindia identity-verification process to confirm the customer's identity instead of repeatedly rejecting the request. This is a very old and extremely important number. I have already visited the showroom, provided all documents, and completed successful Aadhaar verification.

  @reliancejio @airtelindia Very poor 4G network in Madhupur, Via Kuanpal, Mahanga, Cuttack, Odisha-754204. Only 1 bar signal, frequent call drops & internet not working. Please check tower coverage and improve 4G/5G service in this area. 🙏📶

  Hello @airtelindia I switched to a new phone and my esim was transferred yesterday. My SMS posting has issues. I am unable to send/receive messages incl OTPs. Calls work fine. Your 121 call is endless loop. And even app needs an OTP to login. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY
