    @airtelindia My broad band plan was changed without approval just to dishonour the commitment of life time discount. Shameful, as you cold have called and explained the reason, atleast you could have saved a customer and kept your goodwill.

    One of the most pathetic services is Airtel with the worst customer service. Anytime you complaint of their services, the only response - line karwa dijiye. Faced the same inefficient attitude in Kolkata, and continues in Mumbai too. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Great service and very responsible people. My son is currently giving his 11th class exam and the internet got disconnected because of storm. On hearing my request, the service team responded immediately. I got the internet restored.

    @airtelindia Earlier they tried to change my plan by downgrading the speed and every time I called I was told that it was due to some system update issue. Since that failed they found this way. Keep it up Airtel and keep losing customers to the competition.
