  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please hire educated persons for 198 complaint care. They don't know basic things about call forwarding. Why call forwarding is a big deal and one have to dial mmi*# code things to activate? Can't it be done in the mobile application? @geekyranjit

  @airtelindia @DoT_India My 80+ year-old mother has had ZERO network on her Airtel number since Oct 2025. No calls. No SMS. Months of complaints and escalations, yet no resolution, while Airtel continues to bill her. This is an unacceptable level of service.

  Iam sure Airtel and their customers know it has the world worst customer service App. It’s almost 5days and I can’t raise a complaint.. there is no option to submit a complaint .   @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This exact issue was previously investigated by Airtel under SR CPUTD3CHD20260228409692. After repeated complaints, it was fixed and Unlimited 5G worked normally for around 3 months. Now the SAME issue has returned.
