    @airtelindia applied for wi fi did payment on Sat, promised installation by Sunday 4noon. On contacting surveyor Naveen mob no 8840910355 told Sunday closure and no installation. this way u treat customers. I m sure your snail's pace staff is bringing a mistrust among customers.

    after repetitive complains over same issue in a week to @airtelindia they took repetitive rounds just to understand my issue. After recent changes in modem Airtel switches remote management by deault enforcing without option to disable it at your end
