@samkat4u @airtelindia Please employ more people. Not enough to speak a language, to fix wiring issues for broadband. Such negligent service you guys! Because of your mistakes, I’m paying! In wfh situation atleast try and fix your complaints asap. Worst support person ever. Doesn’t even pick up call!

@airtelindia from last three days, I continue calling @Airtel customer care . Even after clear all pending dues of customer Id 3038223418 but still shown suspend from last three days. Everytime I call it resolve within four hours but still problem not resolved.

Trying to call someone in case of emergency in such times. My phone wastes 45 seconds talking about vaccines made in India. R we really interested now.? Call drops, announcements, network issue, cross connection, we are paying for this. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneGroup

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have ported my sim from vodafone to airtel, and purchased a separate sim and dongle.worked well for 15 days, post which service quality declined drastically, currenly the speed is really Pathetic and I am back to using my jio mobile hotspot.
