    @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Same thing's happening, even though I have unlimited internet and the customer care says I'm out of data. How? They even said they will fix it in 14 days.

    @airtelindia Is this how Airtel treats its customers? 4 DAYS. Multiple complaints on the Airtel Thanks App + 3 calls to 121, yet my Wi-Fi issue remains unresolved. Assigned engineer Ravi Pratap has repeatedly promised to visit but NEVER showed up. 1/2

When we were in Goa, your stores made us run around not sorting the issue.When i came to bangalore, you’re now telling me to go to Goa/maharashtra and get this resolved.This is beyond pathetic service
