Dr. Vedant Raj Chourasia (@vedant_raj) reported@airtelindia Can't see 1.5 GB per day ₹299 pack. Now the basic pack seems to be ₹349 2 GB per day. This is really bad on your part! Taking away choices from customers who don't require 2 GB and forcing them to pay ₹50 extra. @TRAI

Imam Ali (@PPCIndia) reported@JioCare I recently ported my mobile number from @airtelindia to Jio, but I’m getting very poor internet speed with Jio. The connection keeps fluctuating randomly—sometimes it drops below 1 Mbps, occasionally peaks around 5 Mbps, and frequently stops working altogether.

Sumeet Shukla (@classicfatso) reported@airtelindia mc, 1st sim the same number, being used for over 15yrs, the trust and simplicity in the network is just being white washed over the ******* stupid ****, you arent able to manage the crowd moving into your network, so you raised prices, ******* provide the services.
-
Shubham Jain (@shubhamj803) reported@airtelindia , this has become extremely frustrating. I have been trying to disconnect my Airtel broadband, but apparently, actually leaving the service is much harder than getting it in the first place. There is no clear option on your app to request broadband disconnection.

Ashok Kumar (@ashokkumar359) reported@airtelindia Dear service provider, do you intend to scam, cheat, and benefit from us in the name of data packs? The top-up service, which offers 3GB per day for 39 rupees, expires without being used. This is incredibly frustrating.
