We are extremely unsatisfied with the service provided by the local Airtel broadband operator named Shakeel Ahmad in District Bijnor. When we register complaint, they say if you are not satisfied with network you can dismiss it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelPresence

I am not able to active my fastag using mobile app and not by customer care. Mobile app screen is continuously sliding up and down so, m not able to check my fastag.. Please deactivate my no from your fastag so that I can use another service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i know your mobile network service is not good but your wifi(airtel fiber) is worse, half of the time it doesn't even work. I'm just done with your service I'm surely gonna switch my sim and broadband to @JioCare . Disappointed 👎🏻

Unable to unlink Netflix pkg from Airtel Broadband billing. Many service req raised and customer support contact unable to help. I feel this is the limit of how bad the customer service can get since this simple issue is not resolved frm past 1 mnth @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I am opting actfiber and leaving airtel. Your team of no worth as other vendors in same society new tower setup their network infra in few days but airtel is still not up. PBEL city, Hyd is my society. Narsimha, area mgr not able to deliver in time and many will go
