We are extremely unsatisfied with the service provided by the local Airtel broadband operator named Shakeel Ahmad in District Bijnor. When we register complaint, they say if you are not satisfied with network you can dismiss it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelPresence

I am not able to active my fastag using mobile app and not by customer care. Mobile app screen is continuously sliding up and down so, m not able to check my fastag.. Please deactivate my no from your fastag so that I can use another service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@alokgoyal1971 @airtelindia In Delhi, ACT gives 4 hours ETA to resolve any complaint, and usually resolves in under 2 hours. (Between 9am-6pm)
