    We the people of Jammu and Kashmir are without #3G & #4G Internet Service from 11 months now.Why we have been deprived from this important service here.We are continuously paying for 4G service to telecom Companies. this #injustice with us. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I called your customer service so many times for resolving the issue of poor network connectivity in our area but till date the issue has not been resolved. Thanks for letting me know how you treat your customer’s grievances. Better is to shift to next one.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was subscribed to 499 plan and you provided me with 100 rupees rental discount. I did not know that you have fraudulently changed my plan altogether to 399 plan and now I am being deprived off the Airtel Secure service. I want my claim immediately.

    Dear @airtelindia It has been now so long since I've installed my fiber which is still WITHOUT INTERNET.& whenever I call your customer service, they always ask me to wait for 24 Hrs our backend team will reach back to you. I'm now facing financial loss bcuz of your Fake promises

    @airtelindia Now Airtel companies also started fraud. Closing my number, asking ₹ 40000 from me. Now to turn the number, I will go to court for this, either Airtel will solve my problem, otherwise it will be fought a very long battle.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Dear Airtel team,  With reference to several mails to 121@airtel for migration from AirFiber to FTTH  your representative Diwahar R came to our residence yesterday for my Airtel Broadband request His contact number ->08045903825..   He told that, he will call us back. But no response till now..   The residents adjacent to our home had successfully installed FTTH and they are using the same... But why mine is still delayed !?   Why the technicians are lethargic in migration from AirFiber to FTTH!?  I Have been a core customer since 2007..But this time service is very much delayed  Kindly expedite for migration at the earliest..   Regards and thanks  SRIRAM.T  Abbey town  Kallanai road  Near vengur  Thiruverumbur  Tiruchirapalli  620013
