@airtelindia Airtel app and website should be for the benefit of customer, not to trouble them. 4 recharge I did today for amount of 1498 was failed. Guys it's 6000 rupees still I don't have a solution.. Customer care is a joke for Airtel.

@AirtelPresence @airtelindia Sorry to bring up the issue here,your CSEs can't solve it. I had a concern about overbilling from last month, spoke the CSE last month - half was returned; spoke to the CSE now, just to get vague info. Thanks app sucks. It doesn't work to open tickets
