    @airtelindia Airtel spends crores advertising "Airtel Priority" and premium customer service. But what is the value of priority support if basic network issues remain unresolved after weeks of escalation? Service quality should matter more than marketing campaigns. #AirtelPriority

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence -being a valuable customer of postpaid ( Family pack) long time, if the service is not resolve then need to go for Jio or other service provider, also we are having WIFI with Tv connection, that also will switch to Jio or other services

    Second appreciation tweet towards @DoT_India and @airtelindia Due to their prompt handling of reported spamcall sources, Spam calls got reduced drastically after 2 months of active reporting Airtel is making sure that resolution is updated against every report. Mental peace

    (3/3) Since the bill had become overdue, I paid the remaining amount in good faith, trusting the issue would be corrected. This is not about the money—it is about fairness. I believe @airtelindia values customer trust and will review and rectify this.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with Airtel Broadband. For the last 30 days, my connection has been unstable. I subscribed for 5GHz Wi-Fi, but 90% of the time it runs on 2.4GHz. Raised 20+ tickets, yet the issue remains unresolved.Engineers keep closing SR unresolved.

    Before making the payment @airtelindia wifi service was available in my area post payment its not. Before making payment @airtelindia offered full refund on cancellation post payment its not Wat a scam?
