    @ABPNews @airtelindia For the last few days, I have been struggling with the poor internet service in my area. If People do not get the internet even properly in 21 days of lock down , then the public will be in troubled. I am requested to fix the internet services. Thankyou

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every time I call, I’m told someone is coming, and then the visit gets rescheduled without any proper explanation. Sometimes another engineer is assigned instead. I’ve contacted customer care multiple times. Every time I hear the same response

    @airtelindia I am facing a major issue with my 5G unlimited data. Despite having an active unlimited 5G plan, my 4G data is being consumed instead. Once the 4G data gets exhausted, my internet stops working completely. Please look into this urgently. @Airtel_Presence

    Still no proper response by @airtelindia shows the level of service. I pay almost Rs 14000 a year to these guys for their WiFi, and this is the level of service. Now, I won’t pay my bill this month till my money is refunded, and make sure to get rid of their expensive Internet.

    @airtelindia is sach a fraud company, 1st of all their network is terrible.nd if you accidentally use more data then they automatically slow down your internet speed. The connection isn't even stable in my area;I purchased unlimited 5G plan, yet I'm only able to use 2GB per/d.

    Hey @airtelindia, Is there anybody in your company who has accountability w.r.t customer issues and ensure that the services work with minimal disruption ?. Right in the heart of Chennai, one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, you are not able to manage wifi services w.o frequent disconnections .. total disconnection for last 24 hrs, which has happened a dozen times in 3 months. Remember your are a listed company. You need to get your act right when even our **** have become more efficient. #airtel

    More than two weeks, the issue is not resolved. Request raised to close my wifi connection. Close my wifi connection and waive off the charges since service not utilized. @airtelindia I'll proceed to consumer court if my connection is not removed within 2 working days.
