    @ViCustomerCare plz count me out in Dec. Am so done with you guys. In 10+ years of service with idea I never had to beg for help. But now with VI it has surely gotten pathetic @airtelindia plz msg me the process and requirements for porting.

    @airtelindia utterly pathetic service. Account no 7038647629. 4 times complaint raised no attendence. Last 5 months airtel is receiving bill payment with zero service. Worst is also not appropriate word

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hello Airtel, I am a privileged customer of your service. I feel bad when i buy something and can't use it. I hope you would have a same mind set. Since we are not using call facilities in hotspot but paying for it. How about Separate plan ?🤔
