    @ABPNews @airtelindia For the last few days, I have been struggling with the poor internet service in my area. If People do not get the internet even properly in 21 days of lock down , then the public will be in troubled. I am requested to fix the internet services. Thankyou

    Hey @JioCare there is a network halt in my area.for the last 5 days Around 5k people are facing the internet problem and now some of them are thinking of switch to other providers like @airtelindia .We tried reaching many times but nobody has responded yet. do something ASAP

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My Wi-Fi has been down for over 5 days. Your customer service claims ground team hours are 9 AMโ€“7 PM, but the field staff says they finish at 6 PM. Calls are being ignored, declined, or left on "read" with false excuses.

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw You have record of my phone call history and wifi details kindly look into it this is very rude behaviour of Airtel support they took many more time to close any wifi connection and in the metro city, Airtel have a brand value trust of being a good service provider please do it

    @airtelindia Over patient, now am going to fill application in national consumer helpline. You should be ashamed of claiming a 24-hour repair commitment when you can't resolve a problem even after 7 days. You don't know how to retain customersโ€”you only know how to lose them. #AirtelCustomer
