    @GKcinemas @airtelindia They kept doing this last month. I faced the same issue, and they sorted it after three days of follow-up. They are introducing Airtel Priority, I guess, where those customers will be given priority for issues, then comes us, I guess, bro.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my wifi is not working for the past 3 days. You keep sending me msgs that the upgrade is successful. Why has airtel service degraded so much over the past few months. Played mail game with you multiple times but have the same issue almost every month

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Writing this as Airtel sucks with customer services in Chennai. I have been provided 0 service response through online and offline store and no one gives a proper response and no technician respond to the calls even the call from customer service
