@ABPNews @airtelindia For the last few days, I have been struggling with the poor internet service in my area. If People do not get the internet even properly in 21 days of lock down , then the public will be in troubled. I am requested to fix the internet services. Thankyou

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI having multiple postpaid connection and not having any sort of internet speed where you claim high speed 4G. Upon calling 121, no customer care executive and hearing robotic IVR only repeating same feeded input. Do the needful or shall switch?

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence All of a sudden, Airtel SIM card stopped working, and I have tried with multiple phones, no luck. When I connect with a local Airtel service provider, they are charging this 200 Rs to change SIM ( No recharge benefits ).

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I have broadband outage since yesterday morning. Hv called ur support 5 times, evrytime they say Engg. will be available in next 20 mins. No engineer has visited. This is d exp wth Airtel Black Member. This is not acceptable in WFH world.

@airtelindia Horrible Airtel Payments Bank. It says account is dormant and doesn;t allow to use available balance and HELP doesn't have instructions on removing dormancy. The chat feature in the app never loads. Just truly shameful service.

@airtelindia UNBELIEVABLE. WOULDN'T USE AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK EVEN ACCIDENTALLY. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY OF CONTACTING A HUMAN AGENT! THE PHONE NO. IS STRICTLY AUTOMATED. THERE'S NO OTHER INSTANT HELP OPTION LIKE CHAT, ON THE SITE. THE APP TOO DOESN'T HAVE ANY OPTIONS.
