We even paid extra for the UPS installation. It's been almost a month since the payment, but the UPS still hasn't been installed. You can clearly see: - Payment made on 15 June - First email sent on 26 June - Follow-up emails every 2–3 days - Another email on 7 July - Yet, the same automated response every time. This level of customer support is honestly frustrating. Can someone from @airtelindia please look into this and help resolve the issue?
