    Such a disgrace to join @airtelindia . Had ported to airtel with hope that will get better network but it made me disappointed. @Airtel_Presence Not even able to contact it's customer care. Pathetic!!! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia once again my patience has been tested. Request ID: 10928933050 is still unresolved. Neither customer care gave proper response nor airtel try to fix such issues ASAP. Very disappointing.

    @airtelindia badey besharam hain airtel waley!! Having a tower just 2 houses away, despite of that network extremely slow, esp on Amazon app. Asli harami toh tum ho!! #Airtel

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel Have applied for fibre connection along with DTH. Installed on 5.5.26 but DTH settop box has some issues. They assured to come back next day with new one. But after they are not responding to my calls. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Fiber has been completely down since yesterday afternoon. Complaint already raised, yet no resolution after so many hours. Paying premium prices for such poor service and delayed support is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP. Unable to work or even use the internet. #AirtelFiber

    .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is going on? Since the past 3 days the mobile data has been so bad that it is barely usable. Can’t make upi payment, can’t browse. All my postpaid bills are clear, I have a lot of data remaining yet this unacceptable service?

    . @airtelindia definitely has one of the worst services! I moved from Blr last month and ofc I had to terminate/cancel my Airtel WiFi subscription. I very nicely raised a ticket and sent an email - because guess what there’s no option to directly cancel. I waited for their call back - nothing! Then the month ends and I ofc did not recharge the WiFi bill bc hellooo I ain’t using it anymore- and I’ve been getting call from Airtel representatives like clockwork daily!! I very politely asked them first 2 times that “ma’am I raised a request to cancel my connection, and I’ve received no support, please fix that first , as I have a prepaid plan and I don’t use the WiFi anymore I am not recharging again!” One of them said, “ sure ma’am we’ve put the complaint and let you know” , another one said “ma’am we don’t have cancellation services” - are you kidding me ??? What am I supposed to doooo??

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with Bharti Airtel support. I asked to add my father’s number to my family plan, but support made his number primary and now my SMS/emails show another person’s name. Please correct this immediately.
