    @airtelindia I am facing problem while accessing Mobile No. Account details in My Airtel App since couple of months. I had given feedback in Play Store and got a response to send a mail which I have already done couple of days ago. But till date I am facing same issue.

    Airtel has the worst customer care representatives in the history of service. @Airtel_Presence never resolve issues, never address concerns, no help during outages. Unfortunately no other options exist or I'd never subscribe to their broadband. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my card deactivated by saying visa expired but I submitted OCI card which doesn’t expire. I am getting same message from customer services that provide all the docs again… how can I when I am out of India.

    As expected, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence continues to ‘escalate my issue’ and delaying any resolution. Funniest thing is I get calls from a number only to get hung up on, and I get a msg that my issue is resolved. They I’ve to manually reopen the case and.. rinse repeat!! Wow!

    @airtelindia customer care response has become frustratingly bad. That's what a lack of options does: it leaves us to make do with what is less bad available. Despite dues being cleared, service hasn't been resumed. I've been trying to connect for over 96 hours. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress It’s been 34 hours and my Airtel WiFi is still not working. Contacted support 8 times—each time I was told a technician would visit “soon.” Received calls from 4 different technicians, but all said it’s not their service area and passed it on.

    @Airtel_Presence Endless “assurances.” ZERO resolution. This is outright harassment by @airtelindia charging for a service you clearly cannot provide. just scripted replies with no action. If you’re incapable of fixing this, stop wasting my time and process a refund of my advance payment
