    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    Talk about a great first impression! 🙃 Tried porting my number to @airtelindia postpaid, and was promised SIM delivery today. Spoiler: No one came. If this is how you treat potential new customers, I dread to think what happens after joining. @Airtel_Presence fix this.

    There is no or very poor @airtelindia network in my area. I had logged a complaint but @airtelindia closed the ticket without fixing the issue did not even contact me to check if the issue is resolved. This is how @airtelindia works these days

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Looks like Airtel no longer cares to resolve issues even after bringing to attention multiple times. Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.
