@airtelindia We signed up for the broadband service. First it was delayed. Then when the service representative came to start. He left it midway saying "I am going for lunch now". When I said, this isn't right, he said "kya karen" and left saying he will come back in an hour.

After waiting for the whole day the installation guy told me that he did visit my home but I was no available. Further I am told that my installation will take further 4-5 days. Is this how Airtel works. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This sort of service was not expected at all

Tata Tele Broadband vs Airtel Xtreme Fibre reminds me the story of the Tortoise and the hare. Tata Tele Broadband though slow never had a downtime during entire lockdown whereas Airtel Xtreme Fiber is pretty fast but has this constant need to take a nap. No Thanks @airtelindia
