    @airtelindia We signed up for the broadband service. First it was delayed. Then when the service representative came to start. He left it midway saying "I am going for lunch now". When I said, this isn't right, he said "kya karen" and left saying he will come back in an hour.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi airtel team , i am highly disappointed with your fibre service in Ajmer, Rajasthan. I got the booking done on Sunday and requested the person to do the installation urgently, before the connection he agreed on everything and now it's 2 days (1/2)

    @airtelindia Dear team I am suffering last 7 days for your network issue my 2nd no. Is not working(voicebreck and data). What can I do. Last time when spoke your CCM he said wait 7 day our executive visit and fix this problem but no one comes and today his also said wait 07 days.

    @airtelindia my workplace have 5-6 broadband connections, one of them don’t have network from the last 5 days. Pissed by the local team as they’re acting dumb and aren’t cooperating. In such times when work is mostly online, we’ve no support from Airtel. Please look into it ASAP

    After waiting for the whole day the installation guy told me that he did visit my home but I was no available. Further I am told that my installation will take further 4-5 days. Is this how Airtel works. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This sort of service was not expected at all

    @airtelindia Why does airtel app blame my phone when the network itself is not 5g network(NSA 5G). I have a Google pixel phone and it supports the hardware requirements of standalone network slicing. Airtel support did not provide helpful response.

    Every few months there seems to be a new rule. Late fees. Restriction. The billing systems keep evolving. But customer support doesn't seem to evolve. Priority postpaid by @airtelindia my nose, they can provide basic service properly.
