But when a recharge failed due to issues from your end, and I am not able to connect with your human agent (for that I need to recharge again) , I will be in doubt whether the existing recharge will get processed or do I need to recharge again.

Charged for a DTH I don't use (added without consent) + an intl roaming call I never made. That's how you treat a 14-year-old customer? Porting or consumer forum next.

If you want to opt out of their broadband service, you have no choice but to keep paying for unused suspended service. They provide no option to disconnect.
