Hi @airtelindia, I ported my VI number to Airtel. At the time of porting itself recharge was done for Airtel sim. But when sim got activated today, I recharged again by mistake. Kindly help me out in this issue. Thanks.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Well to be honest I don't expect anything from Airtel now. Standard is going down day by day. Local line men are senior citizens they hardly like to do there work. Before any festival it's airtel hobby I guess to do that.
