    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There has been no response on the DM and it's been 10 days since I have raised offline SR. I haven't received proper support from twitter airtel presence handle. It's seems like Porting out is the only viable option left out.

    @airtelindia Fix your customer care services, I am facing lots of issues. I raised a complaint which is pending for a while and the expected time is already passed but still my issue is not resolved yet Got frustrated with your worst services Thinking to switch to other operators

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Serivce request 10947303842 was raised with planned resolution date as 23-May-26. My calendar shows that planned date is passed by 4 days. Which universe calendar you guys are using?

    @airtelindia I did recharge two times, however I am unable to get the benefit of the recent recharge. I am trying to connect with customer service on 121 and 198 however only IVR is ongoing.
