    @Airtel_Services "Absolute mockery of premium service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Broadband down since July 16 (SR: 10995986781). System promised resolution by July 17, 7 PM, but silently pushed the technician to July 18 instead. Recurring line failures every 2nd day.

    More than 5 days and Airtel Wi-Fi is still down in my area, Perambur. Absolutely pathetic customer support. Every day they keep saying a technician will come, but no one shows up and there's zero update. Unacceptable service. Fix this. #Airtel #AirtelXstream @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This issue has become weekly and sometimes biweekly feature. Now airtel has stopped generating complaint No. Repenting for choosing airteldigital tv. Hopeless and useless service. Height of indifference. They never fail in generating their monthly bills.
