    @airtelindia Every month some random billing gets generated.On calling customer care they tell that bill is correct generated & later they correct the same This time also happened the same as incorrect bill. There is difference as what was commited Why is this happening everytime

    @airtelindia The issue is not temporary ticket closure or router restart. The issue is repeated peak-hour WiFi disconnections despite multiple complaints, escalations & appellate emails. A premium service should deliver stable connectivity consistently.

    I had an issue with @airtelindia broadband once. They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".

    @airtelindia very underwhelming experience with the xstream tc set top box. The voice search for channels are not available, though JIO has had this feature since atleast last 3 years. Waiting for JIO to start service in my apartment. Will switch

    @airtelindia “ bheed me bhi speed ” my foot.! Its been more than 12hours and my internet is not working. All i am getting is a message every 2-3 hours of extending the deadline to fix my net. It’s the same case every few weeks. I want to disconnect my connection.

    @airtelindia I am staying in sangli Maharashtra, I am having broadband connection. for last three days I am not having internet , local people doesn’t respond nor can resolve the problem, such a pathetic service from airtel I am losing work heavily how airtel is going to repay it
