Just got message of wrong deduction in my @airtelindia fastag and when tried to contact customer care, had to wait for 15 mins and then executive said his system is getting upgraded. Y can't I raise complaint frm app?if system is offline, line should not be open! @NHAI_Official

@airtelindia Dear Airtel, Do you charge any amount for replacing the no signal SIM for new one? We found no signal connectivity in SIM that's why we replaced it. But your Airtel Centre guy took Rs. 150 for new SIM. We already shared this issue but no response from your side.
