Network quality in my area is deteriorating for last few days. Most of the time there's no network. Sometimes it shows full network but call & interest doesn't work. Network is 4G but quality is worse than 2G #airtel #4GyaFarzi #airtelzeroquestions @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia pathetic customer service they just disconnect internet service almost 6 hours and tell monthly maintain but they didn’t inform us and also refuse to raise complain ticket just because it’s there maintenance plan so they can’t take to complain

@TRAI @airtelindia Airtel is the worst service provider that I have ever seen. I want my previous payment receipts but they have removed the option from their website. Also they have disabled the option of download and share from their app. Their customer service is pathetic.

It's 2023 and airtel charges 1₹ per minute if we call those toll free 1860 number helplines Amazing!! Jio calls to any phone irrespective of service provider are free. Well done @reliancejio What kind of sick joke is this @airtelindia

@airtelindia plz help urgently team.I deposited all the documents-visa, passport,noc,video call for issuance of new sim card but even after submitting all the docs Airtel staff at jwalaheri Delhi states they cannot confirm if the sim card will be issued or not.I feel helpless
