I use @airtelindia Xstream Fiber and spend half the month dealing with downtime I actively pay for. There is zero human accountability. The app’s basic bot loops you into dead-end helpline numbers where no agent ever picks up, leaving you completely stranded until the connection decides to fix itself. Paying for high-speed fiber shouldn't require begging an automated bot for basic connectivity. Fix your customer support and network stability @airtelindia

After 5 days of the current outage and 1–2 months of repeated service issues, I am no longer interested in getting this connection repaired.
