Network quality in my area is deteriorating for last few days. Most of the time there's no network. Sometimes it shows full network but call & interest doesn't work. Network is 4G but quality is worse than 2G #airtel #4GyaFarzi #airtelzeroquestions @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Just tired of the @airtelindia network. Worst in central Maharashtra. Also can't even talk to the representatives. If you can't get 4G(not even think of 5G)in a good town what a rubbish thing you're providing as service. Take it seriously and contact back.

For all the talk of AI and customer support automation @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the support is absolutely crap. I'm seeing frequent disconnections on WIFI and the stupid chatbot keeps asking me the same questions.
