Network quality in my area is deteriorating for last few days. Most of the time there's no network. Sometimes it shows full network but call & interest doesn't work. Network is 4G but quality is worse than 2G #airtel #4GyaFarzi #airtelzeroquestions @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have called at least fifty times in their office and their reply is only this that they are checking. PI have never felt this kind of unprofessionalism from airtel and literally this is extremely agonizing and frustrating.

I am using @airtelindia broadband from last 7 years and there are hardly any issues I had to reach for customer support for help. If I need to reach issue is solved in max 2 hours, which is awesome. But my experience with Airtel D2H is totally opposite, there support is pathetic.

@airtelindia took AirtelBlack plan with D2H combo, paid 2K for set top box and that is totally waste since day 1 it hangs and keeps on rebooting while watching.Reached to guys who did installations they didn’t helped and then reached to customer support raised 4 complaints so far
