@airtelindia quite a scam you're running here where the DTH installation guy collects the money and you add it again to the bill. Have had a horrible experience with countless calls and emails.

But still duped/charged 100 Rs as service men told @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is not providing any splicing instrument. They've to maintain their own splicing devices. Really is this the way Airtel is managing it's business by not providing basic instrument. #AnswersRequired

@airtelindia ticket raised for fibre at 10:50 today, automatically closed without providing resolution. Again request raised, no resolution. Such poor response from customer care. and no option to write feedback.
