    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This complaint was raised on 11th August. Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence number is dnd registered but daily without fail I received 2 to 3 promotional sms where prices r mentioned of service n pack, camouflaged as service, 1909 exc denied to take complaint, mails ids till appellate not responding. This is how pathetic u have been

    @Airtel_Presence seems to be very busy sending invoices to customer for the services they don't intend to provide. Particularly to the newly coined "SlowLane" 5G service and always out Super Slow Airtel Wifi service... Please do keep up the bad service @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Your wifi is not working for the past 3 days in Gurgaon sector 54. We keep getting the "sorry, we are fixing the issue" reply constantly but there is no resolution. This issue is there in the entire area. What is this customer service!??
