    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How many times I have to complain for the network issues? Your person who called to resolve have not even listening to the issues. Worst network provider. Feel pity while seeing the ads about best network. Shameful

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I taken Airtel EC sim card Feb1 2020 . Paid ₹ 2200 for activation and stock . Not yet Authorised my EC . Agent not attending my call . Tried 121, Mitra , Retailers email Everything not working .

    @Airtel_Presence Team, what's the update on the resolution? Issue is pending for over 3 weeks and all details have been sent on DM numerous times. There is no response in spite of numerous followups. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI It’s been 3 days since I recharged my wifi but it’s stuck on solid red light, your technicians visited but did nothing, if you can’t help then just return my money, it’s very frustrating If you can’t fix it by eod then refund my money

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Thank you for your response. This issue is very urgent. My brother is currently outside India and his Airtel SIM is showing no network at all. Due to this, he is unable to receive OTPs, send SMS, access mobile data, or make/receive calls. @Airtel_Presence
