@airtelindia We purchased a 365 Days validity plan on 26/May/21 for my mother. She traveled outside of India and still uses no, receiving texts for critical banking and other services. All of a sudden number stopped no help from CC or Stores to activate. #frustrating

@Airtel_Presence There has to be a limit for everything @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Without solving d issue complaints r closed. U can not even arrange a single technician to visit d place to check the network issue. Why the bill should b paid wid such a pathetic service?

@airtelindia the most pathetic customer support. Not able to talk to customer care executive. Calls disconnects abruptly. Chat facility is a waste. For a 2 mins query, I have wasted 5 days.
