@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why airtel discriminant with old customer with new customer. I m getting only 20 GB data for 399, If I can see in 399 you guys are giving 50 gb data as well. I want 50 gb plus 50 GB for discriminating charges otherwise I will. Port to other network

Excessive call dropping from @airtelindia sim, had raised a ticket on their app but they closed it in 10 days without even taking my feedback. No option in IVR to talk to them, no option to live chat. Why are you providing such bad customer experience?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how airtel is claiming dedicated support service, it's more than 20 days and one small issue is not solved by customer support. Ticket got close without giving proper reason. Very poor support and best part is to put call on hold & never get back.
