    @airtelindia service is getting worse day by day. Same problem in both incoming and outgoing calls. Sometimes talk is one way. It seems 4G network is kept bad to force to take 5G. PIN 736122 @TRAI

    @airtelindia make an advertisement too that you are the "slowest network of India"! I must state that I waited for more than 5 months to get a better service,but no!Whenever I made a complaint,your people promised that work in progress,just that!No work done! Ridiculous!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not staying with family, don't have books, no tv, no previously downloaded movie and tomorrow is lockdown... Literally nothing to do. And your internet is not working at all, using AIRTEL only.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Day by day I am facing the network issue in my area. I contact to your customer care they we'll take my complaint but still date they did not resolve my problem. In add Airtel company show that their Network is the best network but this false

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why airtel discriminant with old customer with new customer. I m getting only 20 GB data for 399, If I can see in 399 you guys are giving 50 gb data as well. I want 50 gb plus 50 GB for discriminating charges otherwise I will. Port to other network

    @airtelindia To boost 5G business, Airtel has expanded its 4G network to such an extent that both incoming and outgoing calls have become a problem in the district town of Alipurduar.WB.

    @Airtel_Presence Due to Airtel's poor response I have ported my number to Jio. The continued delay and absence of any update regarding 5G activation in my area left me with no choice but to switch to jio, Now many of my friends also planning to port their numbers to Jio @airtelindia

    Hey @Airtel_Presence, my eSIM migration was done over 24 hours ago. While data/calls are active, my incoming SMS is completely blocked. I am stuck without crucial banking and login OTPs for work. 121 support is no use. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

    waht a rubbish and fool making @airtelindia with the wrong info and offer of your represntative merged my wifi plan with the postpaid and upgraded to airtel One plan no one asked for it and now they are not solving this and asking to pay a full amont than only they will help 🖕

    @DoT_India My concern is simple: if telecom companies like @JioCare , @airtelindia cannot provide usable service in our area, then why are they charging normal monthly charges from common people for services that are practically of no use to us?

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, What is going on with your network services? For the last 10 days, internet connectivity has been extremely poor, with very low signal strength and frequent disruptions. This is unacceptable for customers who rely on your services daily.

    @airtelindia Your WiFi service has been pathetic for months. I have repeatedly complained about frequent disconnections and raised multiple service requests, but no technician has visited my home. Despite this, I keep receiving messages saying the issue has been resolved. I even lodged a complaint at the nearest Airtel Gallery and they mailed on my behalf, but still no visit and another false "problem solved" message. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer service. Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Order ID 7469677256850149376 Paid for Airtel Wi-Fi UPS (Power Supply+) on 8 June, but there has been no communication regarding delivery or installation till now.Even after contacting customer care, no update could be provided.
