    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Day by day I am facing the network issue in my area. I contact to your customer care they we'll take my complaint but still date they did not resolve my problem. In add Airtel company show that their Network is the best network but this false

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why airtel discriminant with old customer with new customer. I m getting only 20 GB data for 399, If I can see in 399 you guys are giving 50 gb data as well. I want 50 gb plus 50 GB for discriminating charges otherwise I will. Port to other network

    @airtelindia service is getting worse day by day. Same problem in both incoming and outgoing calls. Sometimes talk is one way. It seems 4G network is kept bad to force to take 5G. PIN 736122 @TRAI

    @airtelindia To boost 5G business, Airtel has expanded its 4G network to such an extent that both incoming and outgoing calls have become a problem in the district town of Alipurduar.WB.

    @airtelindia make an advertisement too that you are the "slowest network of India"! I must state that I waited for more than 5 months to get a better service,but no!Whenever I made a complaint,your people promised that work in progress,just that!No work done! Ridiculous!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not staying with family, don't have books, no tv, no previously downloaded movie and tomorrow is lockdown... Literally nothing to do. And your internet is not working at all, using AIRTEL only.

    We have seen network issue in @airtelindia since last month and last 12 hour it giving us 20 to 30kb/s speed of internet. We have requested you to take the necessary action and solve these network issue otherwise port is the last option. #airtelthanks @airtelindia

    God knows what's wrong with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wifi these days. Working from home has become an issue only because of the substandard speed provided by this so called broadband. That too in a city like Gurugram. Everytime a technician comes, assures and leaves👎

    @airtelindia are you even care about your customer,I am having 5g recharge and I am also in 5g network area still not able to use 5g ,2 days before I was able to use the internet but not now ,also you are not taking complaint to solve just to show us some FAQs

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel, my AirFiber installation is stuck. Technician left saying server issue & cancelled request, but app still shows “installation in progress.” Paid ₹400 + ₹1500. No update or resolution. Please fix or refund if installation cannot be done.

    @airtelindia I filed a complaint 3 days ago regarding an issue with my Wi-Fi, and I was assured that a technician would visit within 24 hours to fix the problem. However, my case id:-11028066236 was closed without any technician visiting or my issue being resolved. Shame on you

    @Airtel_Presence .@airtelindia issue finally resolved after months (since Oct 2025), but no clarity on refund. I was billed throughout despite repeated disconnection requests and tickets being closed without resolution. Expect full refund of charges. Awaiting response.

    @Airtel_Presence tried your app, chatbot and customer care NO RESPONSE,only useless automated replies.There is literally no way to reach a real human support. This is clearly a fault from your side and I expect it to be FIXED IMMEDIATELY. Stop hiding behind bots @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
