    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why airtel discriminant with old customer with new customer. I m getting only 20 GB data for 399, If I can see in 399 you guys are giving 50 gb data as well. I want 50 gb plus 50 GB for discriminating charges otherwise I will. Port to other network

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not staying with family, don't have books, no tv, no previously downloaded movie and tomorrow is lockdown... Literally nothing to do. And your internet is not working at all, using AIRTEL only.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Day by day I am facing the network issue in my area. I contact to your customer care they we'll take my complaint but still date they did not resolve my problem. In add Airtel company show that their Network is the best network but this false

    @airtelindia has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My SIM Card suddenly stops working & there’s no way I can contact ur customer care people. When I somehow manage to do so from a borrowed phone, ur std response is 2 get a new SIM? What nonsense.

    Absolutely pathetic support @airtelindia My connection transfer request has crossed 7 days SLA and it is still pending. There is no sync between your teams at work. Here is my ticket number - 1104970172. Escalated today. If it doesn't get resolved, please cancel my connection.

    Really disappointed with @Airtel_Presence inefficiency to provide connectivity at my house for more than many months now and overcharging my rentals. Sorry to say highly apalling service. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am an Indian doctor working at NHS uk. I am carrying airtel sim which is not functional and needs to replaced. I have followed with all rules of airtel which they suggested through Twitter as they don't have customer care support for prepaid

    @airtelindia pathetic network ! Regret moving from #VodafoneIdea, though they were bad as well but atleast they had network in center of the city. Airtel has network only in outskirts can’t make a single call without call drops in city.
